I am attempting to connect to an "https" site that I have a certificate for.I am recieving an eror code (403) Forbidden. My cerficate connects fine through IE, but not in code. I am using the HTTPWebRequest method in .NET. The vendor says they are expecting .pkcs12 format.

How do I pass the certificate in that format??
