I might be missing something here, but I'm looking for a way to programatically(C#.net) create public/private key pairs(RSA) for not only SSL but for signing and encrypting other data. Can the Mentalis classes do this?! If not, does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it?

I've looked at the CryptoAPI. It allows me to create pairs that have XML representations, but I then can't find a way to convert the public key to an X509 Cert.

Any thoughts?
