I have noticed that the number of supported SSL ciphers from version 1.0.13.705 to 1.0.13.711 has dropped from around 27 to 9? I was just wondering what the reason was or else have I made a mistake?

I think you've made a mistake. There have been no changes in the cipher suites between build 705 and 711.
