I need to create a proxy server that works as a transparent proxy, meaning it intercepts all HTTP packets on its network segment regardless of whether the browser explicitly sets the proxy in its config settings or not.

I think the way to do this is to modify your existing proxy server to listen for all packets like the packet monitor does. Is there an easy way to do this? Any recommendations on how I should proceed?
