Why can not I get private key from pvk file?

When I associated a private key from a pvk file,the system threw a exception!

The exception may be thrown for several reasons.
- the specified file is not a valid PVK file
- the password is invalid
- the private key in the PVK file doesn't match with the public key from the certificate
- ...

What's the stack trace of the exception?

But the password is valid and the pvk file also is valid. Help me!
